Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings, product imagery, or company name. The shipping label only shows a generic logistics name (e.g., "AD Logistics") and your address.
Customs declarations use generic descriptions such as "mannequin" or "display model" for full international discretion.

We ship worldwide. Stock is held in five regions for the fastest possible delivery:

Shipping Costs
Free express shipping on every order, worldwide. There are no surprise customs duties — when shipping from China to the US, EU, UK, Australia, and most major markets, all duties and taxes are paid by us.
For remote or rural addresses, an oversize-package surcharge may apply. We'll always contact you for approval before charging anything.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track from your account dashboard at any time.
Tracking updates within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please email us and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & Duties
For most major markets, all customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid by us — there's nothing to pay on delivery. Countries currently included:
USA, Canada, UK, EU member states, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, UAE.
For other destinations, the recipient is responsible for any local duties or taxes. We'll provide an estimate before you order if requested.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the cost of return shipping and re-dispatch is borne by the customer.
If we made the address error, we cover everything and reship at no cost.
